The company group was founded in 2008 by Sven Möller, Ernst Bachmann, and Artur Krüger. Since being admitted to the bar in 1999, Möller specialized in internet law, data protection law, and in particular receivables management. Bachmann and Krüger had already founded their first company during their school years and developed various software solutions for the corporate sector.

Since then, we have combined our expertise in a joint group and support our clients with innovative products and services in optimizing and structuring internal financial processes.
